2) Terms of sale are Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer only.
3) All products supplied by Compumax have a 1year warranty, manufacturer warranty period will apply if still under          warranty. Faulty equipment is to be returned to Compumax with the original invoice.
4) All items returned will only be accepted if the items are in a resellable condition, has all
    original packaging, all manuals, all original software and original invoice.
5) If items are returned 48 hours from purchase, a full credit will be passed. A credit of 85% of the lesser of      
    the current selling price of the original price, will be passed for the items returned within 7 days
    from date of purchase. No credit will be passed for items returned after 7 days from date of purchase
The following will result in the warranty being void :
5.1) Any physical Damage on the product
5.2) Any burn marks on the product
5.3) Missing serial number or any other original labels
5.4) If the items have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.
5.5) If the items have been mishandled, struck by lightning or experienced a power surge.
6) Should your machine be booked in for repair, please ensure that your hard disk is backed up before sending your machine.
     Compumax will not be held liable for any kind of data loss what-so-ever
7) Any repair time given by Compumax is merely an estimate and will not be bound by it.
8) All printers & monitors will only be accepted by Compumax for warranty purpose within the first 7 days
    from date of invoice. Thereafter, the products must be taken to the relevant service centres for all 
    after-sales support. Should you wish to return the item to Compumax the repair time is 7 working days.
9) No Cash refunds
10) No credits on Software
